1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdg66 ("bdg66", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at bdg66.bet and all associated services, products and content offered therein (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit or participating in any game or promotional activity on bdg66, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Service and close your account.

2Eligibility Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at registration and keep this information current at all times. bdg66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to national ID, passport or utility bill.
• You must not hold more than one registered account with bdg66. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held across those accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of bdg66 or any of its group companies, affiliated entities, software providers or game suppliers, nor must you be a close family member of any such person.

bdg66 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to decline or terminate service to any person who does not satisfy these requirements. Players who are found to have misrepresented their eligibility will have their accounts permanently closed and all winnings void. bdg66 is not obligated to return deposits made in bad faith by ineligible players.

3Account Registration & Verification

To access the full bdg66 Service, you must create a registered account by completing the registration process accurately. The registration process requires your Bangladeshi mobile phone number, a password of your choosing, and your date of birth. By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, current and complete.

• Phone number verification: your mobile number is verified via a one-time PIN (OTP) sent by SMS. This verification step confirms that the number is active and belongs to you. bdg66 uses your verified mobile number as the primary identifier for your account.
• Identity verification (KYC): bdg66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a Bangladesh National ID (NID) card, passport or driver's licence. Failure to complete identity verification when requested may result in withdrawal hold or account suspension.
• You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, you must notify bdg66 support immediately and complete the relevant verification process to update the number associated with your account.
• Account security is your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdg66 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

bdg66 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant without providing a reason. The Platform reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to have been opened using false or incomplete information, or where the account holder is subsequently found to be ineligible under these Terms.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on bdg66 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name — third-party payment methods are not accepted and any deposits received from a third-party instrument may be voided.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100. Maximum single deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. All deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. bdg66 targets a 15-minute processing time for verified accounts, though external network delays may on occasion extend this timeframe.
• bdg66 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) measure. Failure to complete the requested verification within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in their own name. For the avoidance of doubt, withdrawals to another person's bKash, Nagad or bank account are not permitted under any circumstances.
• bdg66 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees at their discretion. bdg66 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal. This measure is in place to detect and prevent payment fraud. bdg66 does not use deposited funds for any purpose other than facilitating your gaming activity.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bdg66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and returning players. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement and take precedence over this general section where they conflict. The following general provisions apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirement: unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonuses (including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin winnings and cashback credits) carry a minimum 20x wagering requirement. This means the total bonus value must be wagered twenty times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Bonus expiry: all bonuses and any associated winnings must be claimed and wagered requirements completed within the time limit specified in the offer. Unclaimed or un-wagered bonuses expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus per player per promotion: players are entitled to claim each promotion once only, using one account. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times (whether through duplicate accounts, using different mobile numbers or any other method) constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• Game contribution to wagering: different game types contribute different percentages toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. 6Game Rules & Fair Play

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdg66. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, money laundering or any activity that violates applicable law: using the bdg66 platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to conduct any transaction that violates Bangladesh Bank regulations or applicable law, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses or perform any action that a human player would ordinarily perform manually. Any account found to be using automation tools will be suspended immediately and all winnings voided.
• Collusion between players: coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, sharing hole-card information in live blackjack, or coordinating bets in multiplayer games to exploit payout structures.
• Opening or using multiple accounts (duplicate accounts): each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Using a second account to circumvent a self-exclusion, to claim a new player bonus a second time, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Chargebacks and payment reversals: initiating a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal with your payment provider (including bKash, Nagad or your bank) in respect of any deposit made to bdg66 without first raising the matter with bdg66 support is considered bad faith conduct and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

bdg66 will cooperate with law enforcement agencies, Bangladesh Bank and any other relevant regulatory or governmental authority in any investigation relating to suspected financial crime, fraud or unlawful activity connected with the use of the platform. Player information may be disclosed to such authorities without prior notice to the player where bdg66 is legally required to do so.

8Account Suspension & Closure

bdg66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or void any balance or winnings held within that account, where bdg66 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, the prohibition on multiple accounts, or the prohibited conduct provisions.
• bdg66 is required by law or by a regulatory or governmental authority to suspend or close the account, or where the account is the subject of a court order, law enforcement request or government directive.
• The player requests voluntary self-exclusion or voluntary account closure. Where a player requests closure of their own account, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the bdg66 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials and brand assets, is the intellectual property of bdg66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. 10Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, business or goodwill arising directly or indirectly from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any loss resulting from game outcomes, bet settlement decisions or promotional eligibility determinations.
• Any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss arising from platform downtime, game malfunction, payment processing delays or any error in game result display, provided that in such circumstances bdg66 will return the original stake placed during the affected period.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure.
